Rk44 reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time via national ID, passport, or other documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

• Individuals with mental disabilities or those under legal guardianship are not permitted to use the platform.

• Deposits must be made from your own payment account only. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• A verified payment method is required for withdrawals.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus turnover requirement has been met.

Rk44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. The following terms apply to all such offers.

• Welcome Bonus: Get a 100% bonus on your first deposit. Maximum bonus amount is ৳5,000.
• Turnover requirement: To withdraw a bonus, the bonus amount must be turned over a minimum of 10x must be turned over.
• If the turnover requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• The same person cannot use bonuses on multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.
• Bonuses can only be used to place bets with odds greater than 1.5.
• Rk44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following rules apply when placing bets on rk44. These rules cover all sports events, live betting, and casino games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the Cash Out feature is used.
• Real-time odds apply to bets placed after an event has started.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, rk44 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally voided and stakes are refunded.
• Rk44 is not responsible for any decisions made as a result of live streaming delays.
• A single user may place bets of up to ৳1,00,000 per event.

In a parlay bet, if any one leg is voided or deemed incorrect, that leg will be counted as 1.00 odds. The outcome of the remaining legs will determine the win or loss.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rk44. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Match Fixing: Placing bets on known or suspected fixed matches.
• Arbitrage betting: Attempting to guarantee profit by placing conflicting bets on the same event across different platforms.
• Bonus abuse: Misuse of bonus offers or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Use of computer bots: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illegally obtained funds through the platform.
• Hacking or fraud: Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Third-Party Funds: Depositing someone else's funds into your own account.

In the following circumstances, rk44 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incorrect information.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• Violation of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy.

If an account is closed, any legitimately earned balance (excluding bonuses) will generally be returned. However, if fraud is established, the entire balance may be forfeited.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting customer support.
